Addition of more forums

As suggested for me by Fyson, there's now a few more areas to post in.

As some positions are quite similar in name/role I combined those, e.g. president and vice, sec and social sec.

I also split some threads that had discussions going in several directions to different threads to avoid confusion.

I'll leave the Freshers forum to finalise any sorting out of that event, but afterwards the other areas should be enough to harbour all different aspects of discussion.
